I noticed through the patience and kindness he gave I got my order wrong and had selected the whole pickle. I was upset because I ordered avocado spread to eat with the chips and I love the avocado spread by the way. Josue made everything right even if there was an error on my end :(, I felt so bad afterwards and he went above and beyond to send a driver to deliver me chips! Can you believe that!?! I definitely couldn’t until my awesome delivery driver Analicia came (my office was 5mins away) and delivered me literally a bag of chips. I had left a survey on my receipt when I was upset and I did click for them to contact me, when they do I will be giving a shoutout to this team member. Please give Josue a kudos from me and more importantly A RAISE. It’s people like him that keep loyal customers and makes me grateful I’m apart of your guys rewards! If you guys offered credit cards I think I would’ve signed up because of Josue alone. I’m a local in this area and I truly truly appreciate the patience, time and effort that was taken to give me an ear and make a loyal customer happy and more than satisfied! Thank you so much Jimmy John’s and more so JOSUE! Ps, the food was amazing per usual! Thank you so much!
