    Came in on Thursday after work to get food around 8-8:30 pm the kid you have working in the red hat, hand the entire cold table wrapped up and closed. Your online hours show 9pm as close, he seams upset when you walk in at night

    If I could give Josue more than 5-stars I would. I was upset over not getting chips that I had thought I ordered when ordering online. I noticed through the patience and kindness he gave I got my order wrong and had selected the whole pickle. I was upset because I ordered avocado spread to eat with the chips and I love the avocado spread by the way. Josue made everything right even if there was an error on my end :(, I felt so bad afterwards and he went above and beyond to send a driver to deliver me chips! Can you believe that!?! I definitely couldn’t until my awesome delivery driver Analicia came (my office was 5mins away) and delivered me literally a bag of chips. I had left a survey on my receipt when I was upset and I did click for them to contact me, when they do I will be giving a shoutout to this team member. Please give Josue a kudos from me and more importantly A RAISE. It’s people like him that keep loyal customers and makes me grateful I’m apart of your guys rewards! If you guys offered credit cards I think I would’ve signed up because of Josue alone. I’m a local in this area and I truly truly appreciate the patience, time and effort that was taken to give me an ear and make a loyal customer happy and more than satisfied! Thank you so much Jimmy John’s and more so JOSUE! Ps, the food was amazing per usual! Thank you so much!

    John was very helpful with my pick up order, the other girl working with him however was being rude to him. Not a good look while customers are in store. John rocks

    Was in the store today between 12-1 pm and seen a kid in a red hat throw a ball of bread dough across the kitchen and hit a guy in the face, that was cutting the meat, both throwing things in a food area as well as, hitting people is unacceptable behavior. I eat at Jimmy's John's enuff to know, people in red hats are usually managers. Fix this issue!

    Literally everything you get here is very fresh and extremely tasty. I recommend the toasty sandwiches. The ultimate porker #17 is fantastic! This picture does not do it justice. Yum!! 😋
