- NYNene YOct 6, 20253.0I recently visited the Jamba location at the Salt Lake City Airport. I really enjoyed the smoothie I ordered. It tasted fresh and high quality. However, the attitude of the employees left something to be desired. When I thanked one of the staff members for my order, she gave me a disgusted look and didn’t respond. I understand that employees don’t have to be overly enthusiastic, but a simple friendly acknowledgment goes a long way in creating a welcoming experience.

That being said, I’ve only gotten the açai bowls there and both my wife and I have loved them and I like them in the four times a month I’m in the airport to travel for work. Definitely feels cold and distant to go there as you don’t have really any human interaction unless you need to try to complain about something from what I’ve watched since I spend a lot of time with the gate nearby there. You order via a kiosk and wait for your item to show up at the counter.
