  I arrived on a very busy day and there was only one girl working, Aria. I’ve seen her there a couple times and she is always very helpful and cheerful, good on her for working through that with a smile. Management may want to consider scheduling more employees though. Overall great ice cream.

  I love Häagen-Dazs and was really craving their ice cream today, but my experience at this location was very disappointing. I stopped by around 1:00 PM with a coworker, and the employee working there completely ignored us. There were no other customers, and she seemed to be focused on an online order, but she didn’t even greet or acknowledge us when we walked in. When I finally approached her and said hello, she was very rude, told me to wait, and acted annoyed. My coworker and I ended up leaving because of the lack of respect and consideration. It’s unfortunate, because I truly enjoy Häagen-Dazs and want to keep coming back, but this kind of service pushes customers away. I really hope the manager addresses this issue, because this location is losing business due to the attitude of that employee.
