  We came for the food, which was amazing as expected, but the service was honestly next level. Laura, our server, went above and beyond — her recommendations were spot-on, and the small gestures she did during our meal made it feel so personal and thoughtful. It’s rare to have service that makes a night feel elevated like this. The food alone would have been great, but the experience was unforgettable because of how attentive and friendly she was. Everything felt seamless, from the timing to the little extra details. I can’t recommend this place enough — the food is incredible, and the service really sets it apart. Laura definitely made our night, and I’ll be coming back just for the full experience. Version 3

  When we entered the restaurant the atmosphere was great and we had high expectations. Our server was great not very attentive but good. We ordered the crab cakes to start with and they were over cooked and flavorless. We thought it hast to get better they brought out the bread and cream cheese mixes. The bread was OK but bree cream cheese tasted like cream cheese and the tomato herb cream cheese tasted like cream cheese with a hint of something else. By this time my wife and were praying the entrees were better. My filet was cooked almost well done and I ordered it medium and it tasted horrible. The scallops were over cooked and the risotto looked and tasted like cream of wheat. My wife had the crab stuffed shrimp and prime rib. Tge shrimp was so was so overcooked they were about as tough as shoe leather. I didn't know shrimp could get that tough. The only thing that was cooked correctly was the prime rib it didn't have much flavor but a least it was eatable. The suave was the only thing that made it taste good. The bill was over $300 for something my ten year could have done better, no exaggeration. This place should be ashamed to call its self fine dining.

  My fiancé and I had a reservation for the day after Valentine’s Day. We were seated right on time, and were so excited to order— we thoroughly enjoyed our meal here last year! But then we started to count the minutes. Nobody had brought us water, nobody had come to take drink orders, a table that was sat 15 minutes after us had a server approach twice while we still sat waiting.. I was upset! We ended up waiting 25 minutes before someone came up to us. The waiter who came up to us and ended up being our server was so apologetic, so kind, he offered us a free appetizer or dessert to make up for our wait. In my mind, that totally made up for the wait. I was ready to forget the wait after something so generous! But then the manager came out to speak to us, also so apologetic, promising to make up for the poor start to our experience. We had amazing steaks, an excellent dessert, and delicious wine. And the restaurant not only gave us a free dessert, but they took care of the cost of our meals. We only paid for our wine. We were stunned— I’ve never experienced such thoughtful and wonderful service before. I am always willing to forgive mistakes, especially when they’re taken care of, but they went above and beyond! We are so grateful for such exceptional treatment after a minor blunder. We will be returning here next Valentine’s Day!!! They’ve made customers for life out of us ❤️

  It’s impossible to have a bad experience here! The steaks are phenomenal, the atmosphere is romantic, and the service is great. They’re usually on top of their stuff here and make sure you’re taken care of. But today our waitress must have forgotten that our table hadn’t been helped yet. After 20 minutes someone else finally came to check on us. And after hearing we hadn’t been helped since we got there they made sure to make things right. More than right! I never leave reviews… but tonight the Fleming’s staff made me and my fiance feel like royalty. 10/10 recommend for anyone who wants to have a great dining experience!

  Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in my life, and the service was unreal. Jerika was our waitress and she attended to our every need before we even noticed we needed a drink refill. We were absolutely pampered. It was my husbands birthday, and they took a picture of us at the table and gave us a printed framed copy before the end of the meal, and chocolates when we left. The food was absolutely perfect. The Brussels sprouts were so delicious I found myself dipping my filet mignon into the leftover bits. The macaroni and cheese was the best I’ve ever had, and the scalloped potatoes were perfect. I can’t wait to go for my birthday 🎉 really wonderful, they made our week. Thank you Jerika and the superior Flemings team!
