  Have visited this location multiple times and they never fail to mess up an order. 3 weeks ago- asked for a hot chai they gave me a latte 2 weeks ago- asked for a hot chai gave me iced today- asked for hot chai made me an iced chai with coffee and proceeded to argue when I said its not what I ordered... when remaking the drink they just the same one in the steamer. Instead of handing it to me they dropped it on the counter and the drink spilt all over me as a result and the response was "oops sorry". I decided I was done waiting for this drink to be made and there was no offer of a refund, free drink next time, or even a sincere apology.

  The workers are confused. Don’t get orders out within even 20 minutes and get unorganized.

  Ordered a farmhouse. They added lettuce and tomato without me asking, they also told me when I walked in that they had no "schmear" (the cream cheese spread) but I was.not aware that the spread they normally put on the farmhouse sandwich is cream cheese, so I ordered one thing and got something completely different. This location has very limited options and was closed for the longest time. I don't know why they bothered reopening when they can even get me what they do have available. I confronted them about the added tomatoes and lettuce and the lack of cream cheese and they only said "oh, well we've just been adding that, I can take it off for you if you want."

  On Wed morning at 8:45 am 15 people in line. on.ly 2 employees working 1 on which was just talking to a friend. 20 minutes later I got my bagel and I was late for class to because of the delay. Just bad service
