Multiple people who came in after me got their orders before I did and so I went up to ask and they said they’d start making it. Another full 10 minutes went by and my bagel had not even been started. There were 6 people working. All of the employees were just standing around not really doing anything. Incredibly frustrating after spending $50 on my order.
