    A little customer service training would go a long way. The worker helping us seemed rushed, rude, and annoyed that we walked in. Food was fine but bagels definitely seem to be shrinking in size.

    Every order I’ve made, both in-store and online, had been accurate. There can sometimes be a little confusion with the in-store line, so maybe the staff could be more helpful in letting customers know they should order first, then pay further down the line? The Manager Mark was very kind in helping me fix an online order I had placed for the wrong date (totally my bad!). With just one call over the phone, he made sure I was able to pick up my box for the correct date. Thank you so much! I will be a frequently returning customer.
