- AMandi muir2 days ago1.0experiences at a place like einsteins are supposed to be fast , simple, and pleasant. virginias customer service was lackluster at best and confrontational at worst. was not greeted just stared at expectantly. she snapped at me in the middle of my order asking “well how many sandwiches are you getting.” got an exasperated - i’m so over you - vibe when i double checked she had the order correct. left a bad taste. i don’t come here because the bagels are the best in the world, i come because it’s close and should be once again fast, simple, and pleasant. and the unpleasantness of the exchange is enough for me to drive the additional 8 minutes elsewhere from now on
