It was pretty busy but they did not go about the rush the right way. They need to work on treating customers with kindness as they are coming to support their business. One of my friends orders was completely wrong and my other friend we waited 30 minutes for a blueberry bagel with cream cheese which was the most simple one we ordered but took the longest to the point we had to go to the front and remind them. Once we did they did not take an accountability for the mistake and were very rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend this location
- DRDoug RedNov 1, 20251.0Went in a 6:30am on Sat, Nov 1st to purchase 4 dozen Bagels, only one other patron in the building, and the look of disgust that I received from the women at the front counter was obvious and then she proceeded to lecture me, that I should have called the night before if I was going to make an order like that because they could have cooked more bagels. I was taken back by the comments, looked over at the bagels in the case which appeared to be very full and I just left because I didn’t know what to do. I then went to there location on 33rd south (brickyard), walked in, they appeared to have way less Bagels prepared in the front but I was welcomed and assisted with politeness and not a word about the number of bagels requested. Much better service, in & out in 5 minutes.
