  I messed up on the app and ordered one pizza when I thought I ordered two. It was considerably more as I thought I was using the “two for …” deal. I called and admitted my mistake and asked if there was anything I could do. Pardon me if I don’t get names right, Cailey answered and was very kind and helpful. Her solution was the perfect fix. Lukas was the driver and he was awesome. He was very cool and sympathetic when I realized what happened. I was also helped by Damon on the phone. All three of those people are top notch employees and I sincerely hope they’re rewarded for the great job they do.

  We ordered for delivery. Got a message that it had been delivered. Nope. We called and explained that we didnt get it. Guy say I'll make you another and hung up on me. Didn't verify the order or the address. This time we sat out front and watched the driver go to the wrong address again. This time the driver got back in the car, creeping further down the street towards us. As I started walking to the street to meet them, they do a u-turn in front of my house and started /o drive away the other direction! Literally had to yell at them to get them to stop and give us our food. Not the drivers fault. They were just going to the address provided but the fact that the guy on the phone verified nothing???? What an idiot!!

  First recieved the incorrect pizza, we ordered 2 and it was neither. Then, the girl on the phone said they would remake the order and sent it off. So then we get the two pizzas. However, 1 was the wrong size, and the 2nd had the wrong sauce. Called again and was on hold forever, the girl comes back with attitude and said the size is right (and im wrong) then says that the pizza has the right sauce and asks me if I ate it (yes obviously I did and I know what bbq tastes like, it was supposed to have bbq sauce and it had tomato clearly) she said there was only 1 bbq pizza made that night and it definitely had bbq sauce on it. I said no, it doesn't and there would technically be 2 pizzas made that night if you remade our pizzas like you said you did. She literally just hung up. I tried being nice this whole time and this had me fuming. I call back and its a boy. All he said was because I had eaten the pizza they can't do anything, no refund, no partial refund. What the hell. Online it says dominoes refund policy is "based on a satisfaction guarantee; if you're not happy with your order, they will make it right with a replacement or refund." I am quite the opposite of satisfied, and they were useless at trying to fix it.

  This store is recently under new management and has dropped severely in quality. Order elsewhere, unless you want a pizza that is not fully cooked and gets delivered to the wrong house 😔
