- EAEvan AllenOct 29, 20251.0The girl at the register didn’t say anything to me when I walked up to her. I asked her if she was ready for me and she goes “yeah”. I tell her I’m picking up and my name. She goes to look it up in the system and claims they do not have my order. I notice two pizzas on the rack directly behind her, which is how many I ordered. I ask her if those are mine, and she says no. So I said “are you sure?” And she looked and it was my order, just as I thought. She apologized profusely which was nice but she’s clearly not being trained how she should be. Also her manager was right there and didn’t even attempt to help me or talk to me. Awful service, and untrained employees. This was last night.
