I kept asking them for my order and they ignored me, I had to ask 4 times about my order before they even acknowledged that the order was placed. After 30 minutes of waiting they hadn't even restarted the order and then asked me to wait another 20 minutes while they started the order again. I ended up cancelling the order.

They are literally incapable of following the most basic of instructions even when they are printed in the receipt. The last time we ordered from them, the salad they gave us was rotten and had been expired for nearly a week. Upon returning home and discovering the rotten salad, I tried calling the store six times. Employees who answered the phone said they did not know the manager's name and said she wasn't even there.
