Since it was the weekend, my bank could not refund me. As a customer, Dominos failed to offer any substitutes or refund. I am very upset by this as a returning customer. Do better.

She had the code to my building and my apartment number. I called the store after my order was marked "Complete" when I didn't receive anything. The woman says she called and no one picked up and that the number was wrong so she drove away. Why do you need my phone number to deliver my pizza. She wouldn't deliver it because she was too lazy to get out of the car and drop it off. I had to go not to the main doors of my apartment , but to the street to get it from her car. My house is two minutes from the restaurant and between both deliveries we had to wait 30 minutes, I assume it was to remake the food that didn't get delivered, WRONG. She took 30 minutes to get to my house 2 minutes away, to deliver cold food. I want my tip back.
