  Deliver guy that calls and complains about where you live needs to be talked to. Calling me a different day for another order asking if I’m n the same place… yes Sr I am address hasn’t changed. Makes me feel uncomfortable in so many ways. But we love dominos pizza. Deal with that driver please.

  I was hurting and not wanting to go anywhere so around 1130 I order for some delivery and go out 5 minutes before my driver is supposed to be there just to have my order cancelled at 12:01 right after close. If this is how the management does business then they need new management just saying. Fair to say I will never be ordering from here again.

  I am an addict in recovery at Odyssey House in the voyagers program. (Which is the highest level and hardest work to get to.) I am trying to start over fresh after torpedoing my life. I went into the location after speaking with the owner ( who owns several locations around the valley). I was offered a position as a delivery driver after spending money to get my MVR, my birth certificate and my Serve Safe food management certificate. I completed all the new hire onboarding packet and background check. Because the company that they use to do their background checks has taken more than 10 days to complete their review and process my application and submit their findings. My offer of employment was rescinded yesterday. I have turned down several other job offers waiting for this to go through. This can be very frustrating to someone that is trying to change their life to have the rug pulled out from under them after doing everything the company requested in a timely manner. Very very poorly handled Domino's. So much for a fresh start.

  Order page said 22 to 38 minutes to pickup. 1 hour and 20 minutes later it's finally done and I then sit in line for another 20 minutes just to pick it up at the counter. Oh and they do not keep them warm after they are done, went out to car to pull out slice and it was room temperature. There were 6 - 1/2" slices of green peppers on my order with extra, and all of those pieces were on 3 slices, the rest had none. The person in front of me was gicen a free extra pizza because they made it wrong,but I guess having virtually no green peppers on an order for extra doesn't even get an apology. Also the phone rang the entire 20 minutes waiting and it was never answered. We all joked about answering it for them and telling them to go elsewhere. Truly will never use this location again.
