I then called to make a complaint but they hung up on me 5 times! There was 5 people in store and nobody in the restaurant at the time I picked up! I’m never buying from this location again, and want a refund! I didn’t pay 30 bucks for a pizza I didn’t ask for!

I wanted my money back. When I called the store I got an employee that didn't speak English, so she had me text her. I did, she said her manager would call me. The manager never made an attempt to call. The employee did file the complaint, but I've never received a refund. What is going on these days? Are they wearing gloves? Why did we get sick? No communication or accountability.... and just POOR CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE!!!
