  I stood there for nearly 20 minutes before someone acknowledged me and helped me. The only reason why the "service" was marked 2 stars is because the staff named Chris came from outside (probably after delivering) to help another costumer who was standing there before me, for his 4 orders of pizza. The young lady that was making pizza only came to the cashier area maked "pick up" to help those that barely walked in to pick up order. BAD Customer service. If I was her manager, I would have WHIPPED her into shape. ACKNOWLEDGE People that are standing there to ORDER (how do you guys even have business??) and FOLLOW UP with those already standing there. I DON'T CARE THAT YOU'RE BUSY!! Follow up and acknowledge even if you're not the one to take the orders. I ONLY TIPPED in hopes that ONLY CHRIS gets it, not the Pizza maker/money payment collector!! Thank you Chris for being pleasant and customizing my pizza. The pizza maker only gave me my pizza because I caught her at the counter at pick up...another 20 mins after Chris said my pizza would be ready. Tsk tsk! Y'all need TRAINING. NOT CHRIS, JUST THE REST OF YOU. 12/30/2025 - Evening of poor service

  Placed an order and waited over an hour went inside and stood there for 30 mins in an empty store called the store no answer they walk up and just cancel my order and say nothing. I literally stood there for another 20 mins before hey said they just went going to make my order period. It’s 10:30 at night i cant go anywhere else for food now because toy wasted my time. Foul customer service. Close your store??? Why are you guys open full lobby of people waiting and no pizzas being made.

  After I ordered online, they canceled our order when we had checked the tracker. Then we called and the person on the phone was completely rude and wouldn't listen. DO NOT ORDER AT THIS DOMINOS! SUPPORT OTHER DOMINOS!

  Ordered online this is the 2nd time I get to the store to pick it up and it has not been started on. Now been sitting here waiting for my order for 20 minutes. Other orders were done first. When asked why this keeps happening was giving reasons for this time by the driver. Don't know if they are under staffed but I think I will drive a bit farther so I don't have to deal with other people getting theirs before mine is in the oven. Sad when I watched and heard them order and get it before mine was in the oven. Very unhappy with this

  I order dominoes frequently and have not had the issues like I've had at this location. Half the time the online delivery is down. I do carryout, and have had to wait 30 minutes past my pickup time. Whatever is going on here, it doesn't work. Which sucks, Dominoes is my go-to easy meal, and it seems I have to give up on trying to make it work here. Update: recent order that I tried to make and didn't go through, apparently did go through on my credit card. I'm glad I caught it, I had to dispute it and get the money back. Officially giving up on this location. Highly recommend to not bother here.
