I requested one of these pizza well done as well so it being undercooked is quite frustrating. I had a couple slices but honestly it’s hard to eat being this doughy.

Not simple things either. Everything from completely missing several items of an order to somehow not putting ANY ingredients on one of the sandwiches... When I called they told me that I'd need to pay another delivery fee for them to replace the item... It's also infuriating how often the delivery drivers don't bother to read the instructions on the orders and BANG on my door when I specifically write not to knock or ring a doorbell. I genuinely don't understand a lot of the issues that have taken place with this location especially since all the orders are online and are spelled out on the receipts. This location needs a managerial shake up immediately.
