  Kenzie at Dave & Buster’s was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. It’s employees like Kenzie who make people want to come back. Thank you for such a great time!

  We have been coming to this location since they opened and have always had a great experience. Not sure what has changed in the last little bit but the service and atmosphere surrounding the staff was definitely off. First, there was a 30 minute wait for dinner which was fine. The food came out pretty quick which was good. The issue was we witnessed about 4 to 6 managers on and not one was helping with seating or clearing tables. There were two of them wiping menus and we never saw one talk to anyone waiting to be seated and instead, they went to find the hostess who was clearing tables. We heard from a couple of servers and the hostess how people had called out and no busser or food runners were scheduled. Lastly we went to pick out prizes and one sign was broken and they did not honor that ticket price. The young man working back there stated when I showed him, how he hated “this” place. We had heard a bar tender walked out on New Year’s Eve as well so clearly the current management is struggling with culture. Hopefully they can turn it back into what it was but it has us thinking we would rather go to Round 1 in Sandy and just eat locally vs driving over an hour and risk the same experience again.

  We made a reservation for New Year's Eve. We got seated quickly, but that's where it went south. We sat at the table for 30 minutes, not being acknowledged one time. My husband decided to mention this to the host Christian, and he immediately moved us to a different section. Not only did we get service right away, but they gave us a 15% discount. The waitress was fire ( we didn't get her name but she had SpongeBob socks 😊) and the food and drinks were amazing. We will for sure recommend this place to everyone we know!

  Food was not very good, one of our party ordered chicken tenders and it was 75% fried 25% chicken. Very disappointed in the taste of the food overall, extremely overpriced for mid level food. Service was a 2, we were told multiple times our food would be “only a few more minutes”. Ended up waiting over an hour for food. Waste of time, waste of money. Atmosphere was okay, tables all around us were dirty and covered in food. Very gross— tables did not get cleaned for nearly 45 minutes. Save your money, don’t come here.

  Went for the first time and probably won’t be coming back. Arcade and games was alright. Some of the arcade games seemed a little too buggy/ laggy and not much of a variety to win tickets in. But not the worst. We went to eat afterwards and we had Giovanni as a Server and she just didn’t check up on us. Only came by once to check up but we were already more than half way done with our food. Quality of food seemed poor. My girlfriend got the golden fingers and it seemed like it was the bottom of the bag really skinny and small burnt/ crispy pieces and the fries looked like it was bottom of the bag. I got a steak with shrimp added and the shrimp was small for the price added. Of course we couldn’t tell our server Giovanni because she was no where to be seen except for when it came to paying. My sister got chicken Alfredo and it had too many tomatoes that it watered down the flavor of the noodles. All in all there are better places to go.
