  We just ordered 2 triple bacon cheeseburgers to go they were so salty disgusting could only eat one bite. We should of just got McDonald's. To the of Owner of Buffalo wild wings there is nothing to fill out at the bottom of that page when I click on that link. I also called this location and spoke to the manager. He said he was going to call me back and never did.

  We ordered take out, says 30 minutes, ok fine. We show up on time and the lady was like “oh, yea, yours is going to be a while. We’ve delayed orders.” I asked why we didn't get a notification and she said they’re not “officially” delaying orders. She said it would be at least 20 minutes, probably more. This is the second time we’ve had pickup issues at this location and I think it’s the third time we’ve been here. I understand things happen but this is wild, are we supposed to hang out for the next hour and wait for pickup? The girl with glasses at the counter was also super rude and dismissive, basically like “not my problem”, no apology, just rude. The worst part of the whole thing was that girl, could have easily apologized and been nice. I’ve worked at restaurants, I get it, but the way she acted was unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs.

  Went to go here for an early dinner/late lunch. The hostess was great very friendly. However our waiter was cold, and had a bad attitude. He asked us if we were ready to order food? We replied “ just a moment” but he didn’t ask us for drinks. When I stopped to ask if we could do a drink order his response was”I asked if you were ready to order”. Needless to say we got up and left. I asked to speak to the manager who promptly apologized but the sheer look of disappointment and exhaustion from him told me he has a tendency to hear this a lot. Will still order but won’t dine in or attempt to again.

  Don’t usually expect much from a bdubs but this location is terrible. First we had to get a wrist band to go in the bar after waiting for the host to check our IDs with a manager, DABS has scanners and the host should have a scanner not have to track down a manager, whatever, not a big deal. Second the waitress needs to check our IDs again, I ask what the wrist band is for she says it’s basically pointless, so we take them off. When she comes back with the beers she says she isn’t allowed to serve us if we aren’t wearing the wrist bands? She just said they are pointless and checked our IDs. So again we wait for the manager to come give us a stamp. This is not an Utah liquor law. Whatever again just annoying. Third the place is filthy, the bar floor is slippery and feels like it hasn’t been mopped in ages. The dining area is littered with trash and the employees have their personal belongings thrown across a couple tables making the place look like a day care. The bathrooms are disgusting as well. A few employees had AirPods in when taking orders, weird behavior in my experience. The food was 2/5 and the waitress was trying her best but was rude after the ID issue. Not typical for a BWW in my experience. Management needs some help maintaining this location. Would not visit again.

  BEWARE OF THE APP very misleading I ordered delivery and not only did I pay double the price for my food because it was delivered there app is very confusing when asking for what you want I wanted 2 different wings it only lets me chose 1 on the bogo but store manager said I could pick different which lead me to believe when it asked me for the other flavor it did not say dips like the manager said it said choose other sauce so I assumed that was the other flavor I wanted for the bogo very misleading and I got all the same kind with a dipping sauce on the side also I declined where it asked if I wanted dipping sauce ranch etc etc because they don’t give you dipping sauce not even 1 for your wings which is insanely price gouging I will be contacting corporate and will not go to this one again since manager don’t know the staff sure isn’t going to know the probably been taught wrong to read the order !
