He said he was going to call me back and never did.

We’ve delayed orders.” I asked why we didn't get a notification and she said they’re not “officially” delaying orders. She said it would be at least 20 minutes, probably more. This is the second time we’ve had pickup issues at this location and I think it’s the third time we’ve been here. I understand things happen but this is wild, are we supposed to hang out for the next hour and wait for pickup? The girl with glasses at the counter was also super rude and dismissive, basically like “not my problem”, no apology, just rude. The worst part of the whole thing was that girl, could have easily apologized and been nice. I’ve worked at restaurants, I get it, but the way she acted was unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs.
