  I went there and ordered 16 family meal pieces of chicken +8 pieces of $10 and guess what they only gave me 12 pieces instead of 16 Pieces plus the eight pieces for $10. It’s missing and I called them and ask them. He told me to drive back then and pick my 8 pieces and after I drove there they told me it’s impossible. They didn’t wanna refund my money anyways it’s not a good place to go.

  Muy picantes los frijoles para mí salud, primera vez que pasa, no volveré a consumir,estuve muy enfermo, no pude trabajar por un día, si hubiera sabido, habría elegido algo más ligero. Gracias.

  I used to love pollo loco. This aint it. It's the same logo. But these people are cheap as hell and don't care about quality. They don't care about quality at all. We ordered and paid for enough food for 4 people. We received 2 burritos and some chips. We ordered no onions, because one of us has an allergy. They didn't care. 56 bucks for two burritos and three bags of chips. This restaurant sucks so bad, one burrito was warm, one was ice cold. And the warm burrito, By the way, i took a bite, a d yep, tons of onion. Just raw onion, biting that burrito was like I had just tore into an onion like it was an apple. Oh, and by the way, the person who cant eat onions, is me. So i had to take the burrito apart. And guess what I found? Tons of beans, rice, and cheese, and tons of onion, even if i could eat onion this was enough to ruin it. But do you know what I didn't find in my chicken burrito? Chicken. Ok, thats not completely true. There were two pieces of chicken. Enough to

  Acabo de hacer una compra y pedí tortillas de maíz y me dieron de harina pedí pico de gallo y no me lo pusieron ni servilletas tampoco el señor de drive thru muy amable pero le pongo mala calificación por eso

  I’m sad to say this because I do enjoy the food, but ever since the salsa bar was taken out it seems like the service also went downhill big time. I can’t even ask for a few frescas and avocado salsas to go with my food without the female workers (I’ve dealt with several different ones at this location, not one specifically) making me feel like I have to offer to pay for them in order to get some. I ordered the tenders about a week ago and they had me pull around and wait for at least 15 minutes, just to barely be able to eat them with how overcooked they were. Not very good service, I won’t be going to this location anymore.
