They also ignored my request for a square cut, which shows poor attention to customer instructions. I expected better quality and service.

Tried to call was told the driver is new. Spoke to a girl yuliza maybe idk, laughed at the situation and hung up on me. Called again, spoke to the same girl asked for a manager said no manager was there put me on hold in the middle of me talking. a guy picked up I spoke to a guy saying his name was Steve didn’t even know what I was saying. Super unprofessional. Told to call another day to speak to a manager. Money wouldn’t even be refunded. Do not recommend.

I had to walk down the street to get my order from her because she was speaking to a total stranger who was trying to explain where our place was.. Our place isnt hard to find, we order Uber delivery and not once no one has a hard issue finding our place. She kept repeating my address to me as though she didnt understand what she was reading the numbers or saying. I kept confirming, not understanding what she was confused about. But she didnt speak much English. Wont be ordering from this location again.
