  Horrible costumer service, I place an Order online and when I picked up my order I ask If they can put a little bit more sauce to my wings but automatically they say No, I just ask for a little bit more not a lot but he refuses saying he couldn’t, Cesar was the one denying it

  I placed an order on the app. I got a confirmation saying thank you for my order and when it would be ready. When I arrived at the store at the time my order was supposed to be ready, the employees had everything cleaned up and said they didn’t have any orders. I showed them my receipt and they still pretended to know nothing. I gave them my phone number and pressed for further investigating of where my order was. The other employee finally admitted they canceled my order because they were already cleaned up and the ovens were off even 45 mins before they close. Horrible customer service!!! They just wanted to go home and were milking the clock until they could clock out. That’s fine I get wanting to go home but then turn online ordering off so nobody can place orders and then have you cancel them simply cause your to lazy to make the order. Not very happy.

  They got our order wrong, I took it back to the store and customer service wasn’t empathetic at all, they just said “I should had check it” and told me to wait 10 or 15 minutes to get the correct order. Very poor service!!! It’s a pity, I really liked this store. The could be more energetic or welcoming , I really hope they improve!!!

  Tonight I got a chicken Caesar Salad and the chicken alfredo pasta. The salad looked sadder than my kids school lunch and tasted like it too. The pasta was quite literally HALF the portion they used to serve but for the same price. There was barely even any pasta there at all, the container wasn’t even half full when I opened it, which is not how it’s shown in their website, or how they used to serve it. They used to have a build your pasta which while not amazing, was at least decent. You can’t build your own pasta now either. I definitely won’t be returning to any Dominos in the near future, because not only was this the worst meal I have eaten since I can remember, but I really don’t appreciate the deception with the portions. It’s completely dishonest. Two major thumbs down!!
