  Ordered a burrito bowl and received HALF the portion size. When I called to try and rectify the situation I was hung up on. Do not order from here unless you want to be skimped on food and then treated poorly. Unacceptable.

  We order catering last minute for a large group. The online catering service was having issues using our tax-exempt status. Patricia and her team were able to help us out and fix it. The whole team worked really hard to make sure that this came together in such a short amount of time. Thank you so much to Patricia and her team, especially the night manager who helped me even though I struggle with all the technology involved in ordering tax-exempt catering.

  Service disaster today. Manager worked on a catering order for 15 minutes and didn't ring up any customers while customers' food got cold on the counter while they waited to pay. No communication from the manager

  Don’t go here. I went for dinner and saw really poor hygiene practices—guacamole sitting out for hours and staff not changing gloves. On top of that, they were openly complaining about customers being there. I ended up getting food poisoning after eating here, which is honestly a serious health concern. I won’t be coming back.

  Unbelievably slow my goodness. Dude with beard and earlobes walks around slow talking to his co workers and taking 5 min to get through each customer. Was in line for 30 min shoulda taken 5 min, there wasn’t even that many people ahead of me
