  Absolutely terrible experience. The pickup waiting time was beyond ridiculous. I stood there for over 50 minutes just to get my order, along with several other frustrated customers who were all waiting just as long. The place felt completely disorganized, with no system in place. The staff (little girl and big guy) at the front were largely ignoring everyone. When we finally asked what was going on, we were told it “takes more time” and that the website timing isn’t accurate as if that excuses making people stand around with no updates. There was no apology, no communication, and no effort to manage the situation. If your timing is wrong, fix it. Don’t waste people’s time and then shrug it off. This wasn’t just a delay — it was poor management and a complete lack of respect for customers. I won’t be coming back.

  I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in South Salt Lake was honestly one of the worst I’ve had at any location. The service was extremely slow from start to finish. We waited a long time just to be attended, and things didn’t improve from there. Our appetizers arrived after we had already been served our wings and burger, which makes no sense. The beer sat at the bar for around 10 minutes before being brought to the table and looked like it had already been sitting there far too long. The restaurant itself was very dirty. Tables were disorganized, and the overall environment felt neglected. Even basic things like napkins were missing and had to be requested. It clearly felt understaffed and poorly managed. To be fair, the food itself was decent, which is the only reason I’m giving two stars. But everything else, service, cleanliness, organization, was far below expectations. This location seriously needs stronger management and much better organization. As it stands, it does not reflect the standard I’ve experienced at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations.

  What a mess who manages this place? As a restaurant owner myself, I completely understand how busy things can get, but this was beyond that. I truly felt bad for our server. She was clearly overwhelmed, and none of this seemed like her fault. We waited over an hour and 20 minutes, and when our food finally arrived, it was the wrong order. When we kindly mentioned it, we were told that it was what we ordered, which was frustrating. The server then spoke with someone who seemed like a lead or supervisor (not sure if it was a manager), and they appeared to be arguing or going back and forth. At that point, we decided to just leave. What a waste of time. We used to be regulars at this location, but we will not be coming back. I really hope they make some major changes—for the sake of their staff. Who would want to come in and work in this kind of mess?

  I’ve always loved the wings here and usually come at least twice a month, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Our original server was kind and attentive, and honestly the only reason we stayed. But another employee brought out the wrong food, threw it on our table, and rushed off before I could even tell him it wasn’t right. When I let our server know what happened, she handled it professionally and fixed the mistake. Unfortunately, after that, the other employee (who wasn’t even wearing a name tag) kept giving us dirty looks for the rest of our visit. I expect basic respect when I’m paying for a service, especially at a place I genuinely enjoy and support regularly. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

  Should be an option to give zero stars this location especially when you order your wings. They come out cold little to know sauce on them if you get it with the sauce and when you get a dry road season, they come Out with no seasoning on them. And this is no matter you come when it’s slow busy day or night as well as when you order pick up exact same issue and this has been going on at least for three years That’s why I know a lot of people have stopped going here than every now and then we go back to see if it’s changed and no It hasn’t yet. And when you send emails, no response to try to make issues right.
