  ⸻ We stopped by the Dairy Queen in Salem last night around 8 PM hoping to pick up an ice cream cake. There were two cakes in the freezer, but unfortunately neither one was the flavor my daughter wanted. We asked an employee if it would be possible to request a specific one, and she kindly went to get the manager, Gloria. Gloria was phenomenal. She came right over and said that normally they ask for 24 hours’ notice, but she asked what kind we wanted and was happy to help. We kept it simple and requested an Oreo cake with “Happy Birthday Brooke” written on it. She told us she could have it ready by 3:30 the next day, which worked perfectly for us. We left very excited. The next day, I actually stopped by around 2 PM just to see if by chance it might already be ready so I wouldn’t have to come back later—and to my surprise, it was! Gloria was amazing. She even took a moment to add a finishing touch before bringing it out and then gave me helpful instructions on how to cut the cake to get the most pieces out of it. Gloria truly made my day. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to help us. She is a fantastic employee, and experiences like this are why we’ll definitely keep coming back!

  Only did drive through, so I can’t rate anything else, but that burger I had was so good. It was also the prettiest, dare I say sexiest burger I have ever seen. You know when you see an ad for an item, but when you order it it looks like that SpongeBob sound effect? This thing was textbook perfect. Scouts honor this was a 10/10.
