  Stopped in the drive up for a dipped cone and a blizzard one vehicle in head of us already ordered and waiting.20+ minutes later we pulled up to the window to get are melted ice cream not impressed at all! I’ll go to berry’s for better service and better prices on ice cream this was the second time this happened to me I won’t be back

  We came today (free ice cream day) and the staff were so great. It was an absolute madhouse- but they did amazing! They got through orders so quickly, and were kind while doing it! One of our kids dropped their come outside and was very sad- when I went back in to pay for a new one, Ethan was so kind and got her a new one. Even with how busy and crazy things were- he took the time to help us. Thanks Ethan!

  Great food every time and the staff are very friendly but the drive thru wait times are so incredibly long it’s almost comical.

  ⸻ We stopped by the Dairy Queen in Salem last night around 8 PM hoping to pick up an ice cream cake. There were two cakes in the freezer, but unfortunately neither one was the flavor my daughter wanted. We asked an employee if it would be possible to request a specific one, and she kindly went to get the manager, Gloria. Gloria was phenomenal. She came right over and said that normally they ask for 24 hours’ notice, but she asked what kind we wanted and was happy to help. We kept it simple and requested an Oreo cake with “Happy Birthday Brooke” written on it. She told us she could have it ready by 3:30 the next day, which worked perfectly for us. We left very excited. The next day, I actually stopped by around 2 PM just to see if by chance it might already be ready so I wouldn’t have to come back later—and to my surprise, it was! Gloria was amazing. She even took a moment to add a finishing touch before bringing it out and then gave me helpful instructions on how to cut the cake to get the most pieces out of it. Gloria truly made my day. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to help us. She is a fantastic employee, and experiences like this are why we’ll definitely keep coming back!
