  This review is directed solely at Raelene, and not at the Wendy’s team. I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for as long as I can remember, and I have never been treated the way I was last night. When I pulled up to the window, Raelene asked if I needed my receipt. I said yes and made a light joke about watching my spending because gas prices are high. Her response was, “Yeah, that’s why you drive a Mercedes,” said with clear irritation. She also seemed annoyed that she had to replace the paper in the receipt printer — as if it were some huge burden — “oh no, I’ve got to work at work.” For context: the reason I drive the car I drive is not because anything was handed to me. My husband used to wipe floors for a living when he was younger. He worked his way up through years of hard work, and I’m extremely proud of him. And as for me — I’m just a waitress, but a hell of a good one, and I’m proud of what I do every single day. People who appear “well off” are often people who worked incredibly hard to get where they are. Regardless of someone’s car, job, or appearance, no customer should be spoken to the way I was. It was disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope this is addressed so no one else is treated this way.

  The food is no surprise or mystery to anybody. It's Wendy's food. It's basically the same anywhere and everywhere. The restaurant was clean. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. Service was fast.

  Super dirty. Every table was a mess. Out of chocolate frosty’s. Out of pretty much every soda. There was not one diet soda. And they have a freestyle machine. Out of bbq sauce. Friendly worker but the place was a joke.

  We were just in the lobby and the worker kept saying just 1 more minute every time a door dash order came in. After 5 minutes we left. Don’t use the lobby we got better service with the drive thru the last time we were at this location. Honestly probably won’t be back for awhile. Extremely disappointed
