  Their customer service sucks they won’t help anyone or talk with anyone. Every-time I’m in here there’s like 5 people that need something and no one will help. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with this place sucks

  The service was horrible. Two of the kiosks were broken and nobody would take orders at the front. Took forever to order and get our food. The cherry on the top was flat soda. I usually love the Dr Pepper at McDonald's and this was a major let down

  Said they don’t do the 5 dollar meal deal with with a McDouble? Isn’t that a normal meal? Or am I just tweaking? And they were out of water💀 sprite was good tho. They messed up our order too

  Such a Nonsense McDonald when McDonald close, so why you take Uber eats and DoorDash order is early close every time is early close and online is searching 24 hours Open so why not close online order only drive-through close door, close Maybe stuff don’t wanna work all night, so why you not close McDonald online? I’m waiting there 30 minutes. Everyone maybe maximum 1015 car came and check McDonnell close so why online Google search is 24 hours McDonnell open lazy staff and bad management.

  Some of the most challenged stores i have ever seen! How can both locations be down at the same time and reject a online order thats already paid for 20 minutes in advance! Its actually beyond ridiculous!
