- JLJennifer LundAug 14, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a Dave’s double during lunch with no onions, extra mustard, lite ketchup, no mayo. I received onions on my Dave’s double, normal amount of ketchup when I asked for lite, and normal amount of mustard when I asked for extra mustard. The meat on the burger wasn’t fully cooked, still bloody inside. The fries were under salted, they didn’t have any flavor. My drink was a large Diet Coke, extra ice and I received very little ice. I waited in the drive-thru forever just to receive a meal I couldn’t even eat. I tried calling the store multiple times for the phone to ring and nobody would answer. The management there is even more disappointing than the food was. The manager that is above the General Manager needs to get involved at this establishment and make some serious changes. It is apparent the managers have no regard for the customers complaints by not answering their phone, it’s left me no choice but to have to write this review since I wasn’t able to reach the store. Will not return to this location again and will never suggest it to anyone else.
