I go to Wendy's a lot, this is a bad location. They always get something wrong and/or take forever serving people in the wrong order and/or the burger is dry and cold when it gets to you

We were visiting from abroad and had a flat tire on the side of the road, with no network coverage to call for help. One of the employees at this Wendy's went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he help us change the tire, but he also lent us his phone so we could contact our insurance. We are incredibly grateful for his kindness and support in a stressful situation. And thank goodness he had the muscles to loosen those nuts that were way too tight! 😅 This kind of customer service truly saved the day. Thank you so much!
