  By far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. In the 20 minutes I stood there waiting for my food (which is unreal in of itself) I witnessed almost 100% of the orders before me being handed out incorrectly with missing items or wrong items. Also, people from the drive thru were also coming in needing their orders fixed. Even though my order number on the screen said it was ready, it hadn’t even been started yet as far as I could tell. I finally had to ask them what’s taking so long and they got it to me 2 minutes later. However, my order was 80% inaccurate. I didn’t have any missing items, just items that were supposed to be something else. They also had some poor high school kid running the show all by himself up front. I almost stood at the door to tell people to go somewhere else and not to bother with this location because they’ll end up just being disappointed. They need a serious staff restructuring and better leadership.

  Need to work on this place. Ordered inside, took 5 minutes for someone to come from the back to take our order. Guy was pretty rude. While waiting for our order I watched one of the gals working on the griddle reach into the cold storage to get sausage patties with her bare hands…she also kept taking her phone out of her back pocket, touching it then back in her pocket🤮. Took 20 minutes to get the food, after we had to ask where it was and then was missing a drink, he wasn’t going to give me one even though it was listed on the receipt. Finally he brought the drink we paid for. There was a lady wandering around in a black long sleeve shirt, I am thinking she was a manager but she did not stop to help any of the staff, even both drive through lines were full and there was probably 20 people waiting in the lobby. Whoever owns the place needs to review staffing and management participation.

  Gonna say this experience was a disappointment. Food was cold. We ordered online and it was as if they forgot about us. took forever to get our order. Also Mcdonalds seems to have this new business model where they disappear from the front counter and refuse to ever come up and provide some front end service. I noticed I wasn't the only one standing up there frustrated over there order and no one around to help. I’d try another Mcdonalds if you are review savvy.
