  I came here for dinner with a friend and they got my order entirely wrong, I had ordered a cheeseburger plain only meat and cheese, they put ketchup on my burger when I specifically told them that I had a tomato allergy, I checked my food and was unable to eat it, I had asked for a remake and they didn't do it, I am beyond furious I spent $11 for burgers and didn't get them correctly. I'm never coming here again!

  I had one of the worst McDonald’s experiences today. On Christmas Eve, the restaurant was still open, so I went in just to order one coffee. One employee told me, “We’re closing in 20 minutes,” and I clearly said, “That’s fine, I just want a coffee.” They said okay — which implies they’re still serving. Seconds later, the rest of the staff jumped in saying they would refund because they were closing soon and “won’t brew coffee for just one order.” Seriously? If the restaurant is open and you confirm the order, then you should serve it. If you’re not willing to make basic items, close the store or clearly say no from the start. Don’t confirm and then gang up on the customer. They also didn’t offer any alternatives — no existing coffee, no suggestion, nothing. Just refund and attitude. I wasn’t trying to ruin anyone’s Christmas Eve — it was literally just a coffee. But this kind of service is unprofessional, lazy, and frustrating. Why even bother staying open if you don’t want to serve customers? I was told okay to order at around 5:45pm and got refunded at 5:52pm. Very disappointing experience. 👎☕🎄

  Been to this location twice in the last month. Both times the resturant tables and seats were so dirty. Both times the food was cold.

  I order through the drive through and they stuck a recipe to my car. I don’t think that’s the way it’s supposed to be and then when they park me that have someone deliver it that didn’t even talk to me or ask if I needed anything else. The parish family needs to be doing better with controlling their stores.

  Your steak and egg and onion bagel. Was the driest most horrible sandwich I’ve ever had and it didn’t even have onions on it. I went through the drive-through opened it up, took a bite not realizing pulled back around went in asked the gentleman. He said he’d make me a new one came back just as bad but a couple burnt onions on it. The steak patty was like a hockey puck so I just asked for my money back. The manager came over said did you put it on a credit card or cash? I said I paid cash. She didn’t say anything. Sorry about that. Is there something else we can get you. That is horrible PR I wish I would’ve taken a photo of this. Look at your one star bracket that should tell you something!
