  I used the kiosk to order a couple egg mc-muffins, hash browns and a drink. Usually the food is hot when they deliver to my table but sadly it wasn't so this time. Food warm but not close to hot. Service was good and table was clean. Was disappointed this go around. Next time I will check food temp right away.

  If you want a good fresh meal, do not go here. For starters we ordered a fish sandwich, which only has half a slice of cheese. Ordered an extra slice. Charged 1.09 for a slice. Ordered hot fresh fries, they were cold. Took them back and asked for hot fries. She got them out of the warmer. They were worse than the first order. Both sandwiches were the size of a slider and can they possibly smash them any flatter. Threw mine away, it was gross. 🤢

  DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Absolutely horrible service through the drive-through. We were given food that had clearly been touched/handled by other customers, so we asked the manager to remake it — which should be a basic food safety issue. Instead of actually remaking the order, he literally took the same food out and put it back into the bag and called it “remade.” We watched him do it. No gloves, no new food, nothing. This is not only disgusting but completely unacceptable. Food safety should be taken seriously, and this felt careless and disrespectful. What makes it worse is that this is NOT a one-time issue. Every single time we come through this drive-through, something is wrong with the order or handled poorly. If you’re going to claim you’re remaking food, actually remake it. When confronting the manager, he has NOTHING to say. Watching a manager cut corners like this is extremely concerning, and it’s enough to make us not want to come back at all. We got a refund, as well as other customers in the store, and will NOT be revisiting this store ever again.

  The worst of all McDonald’s! The last three times they’ve gotten my order way wrong and the parking lot is a nightmare.

  Edit* I feel like I’m being pranked at this point. I responded in the link they sent me, and waited all day just to receive a blank l email with no resolution. I just want my money back. This place is a complete joke. We placed an order for pickup on 12/16/25 around 7:50 pm. We got there and both drive thrus were blocked off, we tried to go inside, and the doors were locked, as they’re having a Christmas party inside. We had to call at least 6 times before they answered with an attitude to inform us they were closed, we told them we had already paid and ordered through the app and he told us to get a refund on the app, which I tried but it said the order is being prepared so it won’t let me get a refund, I asked if they were supposed to be closed and he just said merry Christmas and hung up on us, honestly insane, I have never experienced anything like this, at this point I lost my money, my rewards, and got no explanation or help.
