Last several times we have got breakfast sandwiches they were terribly made, bagel was burnt and hashbrowns were still cold/frozen. Its always Chaos and employees never look like they want to be there.

I was clearly next in line.. it wasn't very busy at all. I was reading the menu posted above. The worker walked up and helped the lady behind me and completely ignored me. I just left. Mistakes happen, I get it.. but it was very clear and obvious that I was ahead and I was waiting to place my order. I wasn't distracted, on my phone or disengaged. I understand the energy of the customer invading my space behind me, may have influenced the worker to help the more impatient guest, first.. but that is a moment an employee should be trained to say to a guest "I'm sorry ma'am, she was ahead of you". I immediately felt out place and unwelcomed.

She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. She made the visit smooth, positive, and a great way to start the day. The food was fresh, prepared correctly, and came out quickly, but the customer service is what really stood out. Employees like Emmarie make a big difference and are the reason people come back. If management is reading this, you have a great employee representing your store. Highly recommend this location.
