Also said they couldn’t cancel and refund the order, so the gave us a gift card. Came home and the gift card had a zero balance. Had to go back and it took them another 20 minutes and they finally figured out how to just refund the order. So between both days they wasted 30 minutes of our time, and we got nothing for it. This place is ran by completely incompetent people.
