  I had an excellent experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels. From the moment I walked in, the place felt clean, welcoming, and well taken care of. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, which made a big difference. The service was quick and efficient, but still personable—you can tell they care about their customers. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for. Everything tasted like it was made right, not rushed or sloppy. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, whether you’re grabbing something quick or sitting down to enjoy your meal. It’s one of those places you can rely on for consistency—great food, great service, and a clean environment every time. Definitely a go-to spot in St. George. Highly recommend.

  Always been good service and selection. We get the bakers dozen to go and a breakfast bagel while we are there. Dining room could be cleaner.

  I'm not usually one to post bad reviews, but after today's experience and my prior recent visits combined I really feel the need to bring a few things to light. I placed an order online, but everytime I have been in there, it feels like nobody even pays attention to what was ordered. I walked in today to pick it up and they were out of everything I had picked except one flavor, understandable when it was around noon. One of which bagels they were out of was a specialty that I paid extra for, but didn't receive credit back. After I picked out replacement bagels, I was immediately handed the bag and told to have a nice day - meanwhile I still hadn't received the 4 additional items on my order. They acted very confused, I had to pull it up on my phone to show them all items in my order, and they still were confused. Then I get home and realize they didn't even put the one flavor of bagels I originally ordered that they actually had in stock! So here I paid extra for specialties that I never received and also paid for a half dozen that I only received 4 of. And this is not the first time I haven't received my order. I have paid for multiple cream cheese spreads in the past that I never got, as well. I do love the food and the bagels here, so I have gone back a few times giving them the benefit of a doubt that maybe it was a bad day. But I have to say after all of this and today's experience, you have sadly lost a customer for good. Everytime I have gone in there it has been nothing but confusion, chaos and I have been treated rudely. It is very unfortunate but I'm not losing any more money to you guys and to be treated like that after spending so much money there. I have worked in customer service myself and that is no way to treat paying customers no matter the circumstances.

  We've been to Einstein probably a half dozen times this past year and today will be the last. Staff is rude, they can't pick an order correctly. They're always out of bagels even before midday. When is there a point you need to up your pars? Today's order was over 40 dollars, paid extra for cheddar bagels they were out when going to pick up order. So we had to pick 4 different bagels, okay fine it happens. Told them those four and then had to wait for the rest of our order and they still never reimbursed the difference for our cheddar bagels. Get home and all we got out of our 40 dollars was 2 dips and the 4 exchange bagels. This was after them pushing us to leave with our order or rushing us. This has happened basically every time we've gone and today will be the last time I waste any money here.
