- WKWendy KnightApr 18, 20264.0I'm not a big fan of chick-fil-a. My daughter and I ordered their chicken strips and what we got were like chicken bites. They were only maybe about 1 1/4" long. Instead of 3" - 5" long. So wasn't a big fan of them. However, my friend's son accidently knocked his sandwich on the floor and an employee watch it happen and she immediately asked if my would she would like her to have them make her a replacement sandwich for her. Which I have never had done before at any fast food restraint. It made our day.

No worries. It was still great!
