  I stopped here to use my rewards points for a quarter pounder. What I received would be comparable to shoe leather. The instructions I provided on how I would like the burger were definitely not followed, and it seems as though they just grabbed a stale old burger they had previously made slapped it in a box and passed it out the window. It’s quite frustrating, considering I used my rewards points and did not receive what I ordered in the form of an edible item. This burger was so bad I had to throw it away. Not to mention on previous visits I have received stale if not burnt fries, stale spicy McChickens, and other instructions have not been followed.

  I know the expectations are low, but at very minimum, interact with me. It’s weird to be a customer but to feel like I’m a problem. I was trying to ask for picante sauce for my breakfast but I was kindly and completely ignored. There was eye contact, two verbal attempts, and about a 5 minute window where I waited patiently to get assistance. I got nothing. Eventually I gave up.

  I’ve loved McDonald’s for many many years. There’s so many good things to choose from. I highly recommend this place if you’re trying to grab something quick.

  This is the worst McDonald’s in all of history. Honestly. They are disrespectful. They take forever every time. More often than not getting orders wrong and cold food and stale fries just nothing comes out fresh . The worst frappes I’ve ever got always melted and just sloppy. Close this location down they give McDonald’s a bad name. You’re better off driving down to Riverdale or any other McDonalds other than this one. They took over 30 minutes for a drive through order they couldn’t get right multiple times and continued to have nasty looks on their faces as they disrespected my wife blaming her for getting the order wrong. Make that make sense.
