  I have never been to a drive through that was more depressing and bored. I couldnt hear the drive though speaker because she was so disinterested and quiet, I am sure it needs to be turned up more too but WOW. The guy who took my card was on his elbow and looked half asleep or high. The rest were... stereotypical. They left out some of my food, what we did have was pathetic-- poorly assembled and half-effort at best. Things falling out of wrappers, fries out of the box, and all overpriced. The mcdouble wasnt stale. The fries were kinda warm. They were fairly fast. I remember when spending $50 to feed my family came with at least flavor, quality, or class. Yikes.

  I went in to grab a delivery order and waited 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me, so I went up to the counter to ask the manager if they had an order for my customer. She snapped back and said it will be another minute. I waited another 10 minutes while others were getting their orders and I had an employee throw the food on the counter I asked him a question and he ignored me and walked away. The manager was right there as he did that and I asked her the same question I asked him she started yelling at me when I asked her what her name was. She said I was so demanding even though I waited a total of 15 minutes. Never said anything bad just asked if the order was ready. I've had problems with this manager before but I will not return to this McDonald's ever. She's always really horrible but this was it for me. Since I didn't get her name and she had no name tag I took a picture of her and she even posed for it.

  Always slow service in the mornings. If you are low staff Jacob, get more people on the clock. That way we don't have to spend 5 minutes waiting for someone to even greet you in the druve thru speaker & another 20mins for you to brew coffee that should've been ready for the morning. The morning teenagers always so rude with no sense of customer service.

  This bad review is not for me but on behalf of my sister in law she was treated horribly by the manager at this location this morning, after she did not get all of the food she paid for. Coming from a leadership position in any field professional behavior should be an obvious requirement and the result of this ended with her not getting all of her food and not getting her money back. This is textbook bad service and from a leadership perspective this is in my opinion something to fire or demote someone over. McDonalds has gone down hill in their food quality and service quality over the years so this is nothing new.

  This McDonalds literally needs to be condemned and shut down. The health department needs to investigate this location. On top of that terrible service, say in the drive through for 30 minutes with only three people in front of me, and I get to the front of the line and they tell me the mobile order system is down. Which I get that. They told me to switch it to curbside, I can’t switch it to curbside because there’s no stalls available. At this point I’ve been here for 40 minutes for $20 worth of food. I call the store to ask them to cancel the order and the manager says no.
