  Disgusting Manager and workers. Literally after ordering $35 worth of food, they had got one sandwich wrong. My mom was the one who ordered through the drive-through and picked up the order. We had a kid in the car. Her sandwich was made wrong. I was asked by my mother to go in And to see if they could remake it. I believe Jacob is his name. The manager on duty was very rude. Said he had already made it.( which is true you did you just made it wrong!😂) I had brought the sandwich in as evidence and to have a switched out. If possible was told I needed to have the exact receipt. I told them that My mother was willing to come in because we literally just left the drive-through window. After the employees remade my sandwich with hostility and attitude. They told me that I needed a receipt next time and to quit seeking free food…(like what my bad your employee forgot to hand me my receipt and funny thing is the order was still pulled up on the board because it literally was less than two minutes after I was given my food that I had walked in to have a sandwich re made, and you hadn’t cleared the order yet?) after explaining what happened to my mom she then called the store to speak to the manager, which is Jacob who Answered, we asked for names of the employees if possible so we could report what had happened to corporate or to a manager and upon asking for that we then got cussed out over the phone and called Racist. This location is a joke and if you’re trying to be humiliated, Cussed out, Called racist, and have someone think you’re not truthful over a 3-4 dollars sandwich Then this fast food restaurant is just for you!

  Great place, clean & brand new! Cannon help me so much at the front desk was my firsts time at Wendy’s and I definitely will be back!

  My story is to long to tell. This Wendy’s in an embarrassment to the Wendy’s franchise. What went through for the last 30 minutes with there woke ideology was pathetic. I’m 60 years of age grew up with Wendy’s, never I seen a franchise with so much potential, spiral into a dark deep place. Terrible place to get your food. My opinion, I would stay away from Wendy’s in Roy.

  Workers were talking about marijuana. Did not stop even when taking payment we ordered fries and chicken. There is currently seven cars waiting in the Drive-Thru. We have waited for 30 minutes getting our food and counting. This was our first time coming to this new location. Not super impressed.

  Honestly was excited this Wendy's opened up by me, but they have the worst customer service, and the longest wait time. Won't be going back any time soon.
