  Not sure how you can order a pizza. Extra sauce and great. Get the complete opposite pizza. Terrible bread and no sauce cups. And wonder why minimum wage is all you get. Man. I will not be ordering here again. Every time it’s always something. I’d be willing to bet that pizza isn’t the meats.

  Had to call in after 30 minutes to check on my order because the app didn’t give me a timeframe of when it would be done, the guy on the phone says they gave my order away to someone else and they’d start remaking the pizzas. Picked the pizza up and realized we got the wrong order, called to let them know and see next steps and was hung up on.

  We ordered 2 pizzas. One came less than desirable, but the other was completely destroyed. It looked like someone threw it at a wall haha. We wrote the store and the manager quickly got back to us. He said they were short staffed and had to use door dash (who we’ve never had problems with). He offered us a refund for the completely destroyed pizza. 2 weeks later and we hadn’t seen anything. So I messaged and asked if he needed anything else from me. Now it’s been over a month and still no response. Bummer since it was an expensive pizza.

  and this is why I NEVER order with papa john’s. I rather order from dominos, at least with them they accept they messed up and don’t say the customer is wrong or lieing. The “assistant manager” Kaitlin does not know customer service AT ALL

  Papa John’s is average fast food pizza. The edge crust is pretty good and the butter topping as well. However, the cheese, sauce, pepperonis, and underlying crust are all pretty bland. If you’re looking for some party pizza it’s a good option. If you’re looking for quality pizza search elsewhere.
