More often than not getting orders wrong and cold food and stale fries just nothing comes out fresh . The worst frappes I’ve ever got always melted and just sloppy. Close this location down they give McDonald’s a bad name. You’re better off driving down to Riverdale or any other McDonalds other than this one. They took over 30 minutes for a drive through order they couldn’t get right multiple times and continued to have nasty looks on their faces as they disrespected my wife blaming her for getting the order wrong. Make that make sense.

What freaks me out more, was the employee who was eating, in the fry eat, finished, wiped their mouth, touched their hat and then went to working and touched fry bags and sticking their fingers in the back of the fries, so they are being touched.. gross.

The chicken strips were some of the worst I’ve had at any restaurant location. They were dry, chewy, and seemed quite old. I also have had migraines from them due to having over 1400 mg of sodium and MSG (FYI, the regular chicken nuggets don’t have either issue). Clearly, it was poor quality chicken. We had a little one who needed a diaper change. There wasn’t a changing table in either restroom - in fact one employee said to just change them in the play place area. It is a basic amenity to have a changing table - especially if the location is designed to attract children with the play place. Having no choice to find a sanitary way to change a diaper in a food place is completely inappropriate. We won’t be returning to this location.
