We could of went to Arby's and ordered sliders and we would gotten more meat and bigger buns. You shrunk the buns so tiny you would need a magnifying to see them. I'M DONE WITH Mccheap food. I'll go to Burger King from now on.

After she took my payment she turned around to get on her phone and didn't give me a receipt. I had to shout at her just to get her to turn around so she could hand me a receipt. She refused to give me a receipt saying that the machine was out of paper... Isn't it her job to ask me if I'm using my app before I place the order? Isn't it her job to replace the paper roll for receipts? Fries were cold and stale, burger was old and McChicken was soggy from all the mayonnaise they put on it.

I’m so sad cause you know how McDo fries can just hit the spot but these are definitely old reheated mess. Went at 8 pm on a Tuesday. I didn’t get a picture of a sign asking for comments to the owner so I’m posting it on here.
- SSShyann SevyNov 11, 20251.0corporate really needs to look into this location clearly it has way more bad reviews than good and I can say every single one of them are something I have experienced! Last night was the last for me, every single employee in that restaurant last night looked straight at me and walked off it took me YELLING ‘can somebody help me’ to get help everyone one of these employees needs to be fired including the manager it was not busy everyone was nose deep in their phones. People need jobs and we have employees like these people at this location wasting hours for people that would actually work sad! I don’t get mean I’m a very understanding person but seeing people that would rather slack off than work for their money sets me off. I hope every single one of you working last night sees some serious consequences. Will never go back to this location the customer service is awful.

There’s always a wait time to get your order taken and let’s not even start on how long it takes for the food. God forbid you call them out for the food sucking or a mess up on your order because then you’ll basically be told you’re lying. My best advice—just drive up to the McDonald’s on 1900 W.
