  I ordered 2 egg & cheese McMuffins w/only cheese Got to the window and the lady asked me "just to make sure, no bacon or sausage?" I said "no just the egg and cheese no meat" Got to work and opened the bag to find two McMuffins with literally only cheese, no egg, yeah it could've been a communication problem but management should be smarter, not to mention i got charged like $9 for a $5 meal, and they did not give me a receipt so I was not able to get a refund nor get it remade. 2/10

  It's McDonald's, the food tastes the same at any of em. However, if you're coming here around 11:30pm on a weekend, be prepared to wait like half an hour or longer because they do NOT have anywhere near enough people in their night shift. I'm not blaming the people, but the staff need more help. Hi, big edit because I'm annoyed and I need to complain- I just waited almost an HOUR for my food. An HOUR. I used to work at a McDonald's in Clearfield, and I don't remember having a single order that took us more than 30 minutes on a bad day. We all have bad days, there's always times when we need to train new people or there's too many customers or we're understaffed or we need to clean something or whatever. But an hour is RIDICULOUS. When I FINALLY got up to the window, there was no "attempt to make things right", there was no apology, there was barely even a hello- I was handed my food, and waved away. And by this point, they had already gotten the entire line taken care of by ignoring the second lane completely for the better part for 30 minutes. And yeah, once they took my order it didn't take all that long to get out. But the issue is the almost 50 minutes I waited to even get there in the first place. The issue is the almost 50 minutes worth of gas I wasted sitting in the drive thru. The issue is the 4+ people who got there AFTER me, who's orders were taken BEFORE mine. This isn't just a staff issue, this is a training issue. And unfortunately, I don't see a way to fix it outside walking in there and picking up an apron myself because I don't know how deep the issue runs, especially because this seems to be an issue that's been happening at this specific location for MONTHS now. Don't expect anything to have changed unless the store closes down (I doubt it will) or there's a complete change in upper management (also unlikely). Maybe things will get better in a year, maybe not. I don't have high hopes.

  Geez I don't mind McDonalds when it's late or convenient but it's not the best quick service food. But going at night tonight it was ridiculous. It was almost 20 min per car to even your order taken let alone get your food. And only 3 cars in the whole store so not busy at all.

  If you can avoid this McDonald’s do. The employees are rude. You can stand at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody come and talk to you but then get mad when you holler back at them to get their attention. I went to pick up a DoorDash order and was notified that it was ready. I could see on their screen behind the counter that it was ready And I waited for 15 more minutes while watching 10 other Dashers come in and pick up their orders. The kid yelled at me because I told him I don’t understand why it’s been ready for 15 minutes and I’m just getting it.

  You're better off driving to ANY other McDonald's than this one. They deserve zero stars for screwing up orders EVERY TIME. I don't understand how a plain double cheeseburger, no bun is so difficult. It's literally CHEESE AND MEAT. There's a female that takes orders and needs to be reprimanded for her attitude. Not sure why she's in customer service, let alone fast food. Will never support this business location again.
