  Suann was absolutely fantastic in dealing with a crowd, real grace under pressure. She was kind and helpful and got me delicious food!

  whole time ordering male cashier had attitude and seemed annoyed i was even there. didn’t ask for any sauce. just rude the entire time. receipt said the cashiers name was “catch” don’t work in customer service if you’re going to treat customers that way.

  I will not back to this Arby's.. On December 20th 2025, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the most RUDEST, unkind, and most unpleasant employee that I've had to deal with in a LONG time!! Adela.. she said 1 word to me the ENTIRE time, even tho I said please and thank you multiple different times and when I asked for 2 bronco berry sauses she gave me one so I asked for 1 more please and she rolled her eyes at me!! Normally this would be my go to Arby's, not anymore she has ruined it, and I hope no else has to deal with this kind of attitude being a customer.. Shame on Arby's for hiring her.

  Its not every day that you receive exceptional service at fast food restaurants, especially by the younger generations. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in to the store here on Midland today to get lunch. The two young gentleman that were working the counter were kind, friendly and had great attitudes. Food came out looking great. The napkin dispenser was out pf napkins,no big deal, just went and asked for some at the counter. The young man's reaction when I let him know the dispenser was out was outstanding. He apologized several times, got me some napkins and went straight out and refilled the dispenser. Might seems like a small thing to write out a review for but felt that these two needed a little recognition. I jist wish I had got their name sto include in this.
