  If I could have given the gal at the drive up window a negative rating I would have. She needs a job where she don't work with the public. Very short, very bothered to have to do her job. Not friendly but had an abundance of hate. She has slightly red hair and 2 nose rings. I think she hates her job and hates people. She was bad enough that I would drive further if I wasn't Arby's food just to avoid her.

  Suann was absolutely fantastic in dealing with a crowd, real grace under pressure. She was kind and helpful and got me delicious food!

  whole time ordering male cashier had attitude and seemed annoyed i was even there. didn’t ask for any sauce. just rude the entire time. receipt said the cashiers name was “catch” don’t work in customer service if you’re going to treat customers that way.
