I stood there for about 20 mins without a single person asking if I had been helped or if I needed anything in general. Employees would look at me but that was it. Its as if no one was working the front counter... Not too mention they were serving everyone's food without giving them their drinks. I will not be going back to this location. Vernal's is much better!
