  That was hands down the WORST double cheeseburger ever. Dry, hard and totally disgusting. If there was a timer on that, it expired last week. As a traveler who comes through Roosevelt, skip this place entirely. There is a Burger King and Taco Bell nearby.

  Every time I go there is disgusting! The restrooms are dirty! Been there a handful of times and never can get a frappe cause they don’t want to make them! Oh wait isn’t that a typical mc Donald’s issue?

  Rarely if ever is my order correct at this location, missing simply items like sauce for nuggets in kids meals or french fries. In combonation with the typical mcdonalds issues like a "broken" ice cream machine.

  I’m a regular here and work late shifts, so I usually appreciate having a 24-hour spot nearby. However, the overnight service has become a disaster. Tonight, I sat at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes with no response, only for someone not in a McDonald's uniform to finally come up directly to my car window and tell us to leave because they were ‘cleaning the flat top.’ As a former McDonald’s employee, I know the standard procedure for a 24-hour store is to clean them one at a time (staggered) so the kitchen can keep cooking on the others. So I know that was an excuse to stop working, not a reason to close the drive-thru. The noon to midnight crew is awesome, day crew is okay sometimes mess up but hey they get busy. But the overnight staff, is failing. Orders are consistently wrong, items are missing, and if you have an allergy or request 'no onions,' or something else they ignore it every time. Which can put some people at serious risk. Lastly having non-uniformed people wandering the parking lot at 2:40am turning away customers is a major security and professional concern. This location needs better overnight oversight immediately.

  If you even think you have to pee do not go through you drive thru these guys take a dramatically long time to do anything I’ve been in the drive thru for 37 minutes because they can’t prepare the grinch meal and if I’m being honest my bladders about to explode so I wouldn’t be upset if the grinch actually paid them a visit this holiday.
