  Online order and I usually add 2 sauces. One bbq and one sweet and sour. I told them I forgot to add it and if I could get those two please. Lady at the window got mad and seemed like she was having a bad day. She said it'd be 50 cents each, even though I ordered multiple nuggets and like I said, in the app I'm able to add both always and they're always free, I just forgot to that day. On top of all this, my nuggets were supposed to be spicy but they gave me the regular ones which I don't like the taste of. The fries were cold and stale. The burgers we got were also very badly put together. I ordered a coke zero but got a dr pepper. This location has gone downhill in the last couple months. Not sure if there's new management or what happened but definitely the last time I visit this Wendy's. I frequent Wendy's a lot for lunch due to it being close to our home. Now it'll be once in a while when we are near a different one where they actually have customer service and fresh food. 0/5. Avoid. They'll reply saying sorry and have excuses but it was bad enough that I took time out of my day right now and logged into the computer to leave this review. I'd recommend going anywhere else in the area except here.

  I really liked the oreo fusion frosty!! very delicious and had a lot of yummy oreo pieces in it! but the paper bags they use for food aren’t very tasty, they remind me of amazon boxes, and they lack flavor, even with the ranch sauce.

  The food was really good for Wendy's, no complaints on that. But the service! I would give it a 0 star review if I could. I waited like 10 minutes in the drive through just for them to come on and take my order. After they took my order I waiting another 15 minutes for my food. I was needing to get somewhere, and they took forever. And after buying expensive, cheep, fast food, they gave me 2 ranches. And I asked for 2 more and they said it would be a dollar. Ridiculous. Won't be going back to that location.

  Never a poor experience here. I forgot the ladies name but I went at 12am to get a lil something and the worker was just amazing. I would say Wendy’s isn’t my top choice of fast food places but this location is consistent with solid food

  Definitely come when Cynthia is working. Great guest experience with her excellent customer service. She was very patient with our special requests.
