  Placed my order and waited 20 minutes for a bowl of soup and. It was luke warm when I finally received it. I actually had to wait by the pick up. No one ever called out any names. Service is terrible. I won’t be going back.

  3pm on 4/25/26. Im very disappointed in this place. All the coffees were cold or out. Waited 20 minutes before I had to say when my coffee was ready. Soup i ordered was just warm. Floors all over were dirty with food and napkins, crumbs.

  Update: I called Panera and was given a $25.00 for the missing sandwiches. Very good customer service. First time trying Panera and unfortunately it will be my last. We ordered 9 sandwiches and 2 salads, and two of the sandwiches were missing from the order. On top of that, the bread that came with the salads looked like it had been torn apart by hand and tossed into the bag with the chips—no wrapper, no napkin, nothing. Really disappointing experience overall, especially for a first visit.

  April 13 We frequent every week. Our experience is always great. Want to shout out to Lorilee, Team Lead for great customer service. She always has a smile on her face, and happy to help. We really appreciate her customer service its always 110 percent. Ben and Celeste Alberico
