  I order delivery lunch here probably 2-4 days a week with working at the hospital. Today I had a terrible day and because of that, accidentally put my delivery order in wrong. Not only were they extremely patient and helpful when I called to get it fixed, but when I shared that I was overwhelmed and that’s why I made the mistake, they threw a complimentary brownie in there with the sweetest note wishing me a better day. This team is always extremely kind when handing off the deliveries in person, but they literally changed the trajectory of my day today. I couldn’t be more thankful and everyone on this team is super lovely! I haven’t met or talked to one person yet with a poor attitude. Thank you Riverton Jimmy John’s for fixing my bad day with your team’s selflessness and kindness :) I will be continuing to order almost everyday to work haha

  Is this what passes for a sandwich at this place? One piece of meat folded in half? Pathetic. If you didn’t have enough to make it, tell me and I’ll order something else. I was still hungry after eating. It’s too expensive for something like this.

  I just picked up my turkey sandwich on sliced wheat which feels like it was last weeks bread. Upon opening my sandwich one half of the sandwich had the condiments and bread turned upside down! I’m usually a fan but this was beyond disappointing! Don’t think I’ll be back to this location ever! I was so hungry too!
