- DSDarrel SkinnerApr 4, 20264.0Enjoyed a double hamburger and fries. Free peanuts while you wait for your food is a nice feature tartar I always enjoy. Only challenge I have when eating here is hamburger bun getting soggy before I am able to finish the hamburger.

Placed an online order an hour out, showed up at the restaurant at the scheduled time, asked the workers several times to check on the status of my order, and after 45 minutes of waiting finally got my order that was actually ready and getting cold behind the counter the whole time. I’d gladly pay ten dollars to not have to deal with that again. I understand the place was busier than usual given the promo they were running, but honestly it wasn’t busier than any other burger joint at the dinner hour. In the time I spent waiting I could have walked over to in n out, ordered, eaten a meal, and come back all before a five guys employee would even acknowledge the group of us waiting for our to go orders.

- JEJay EFeb 26, 20261.02/26/26 Stopped by this location in Riverton to get some Cajun fries. Walked in and greeted quickly and ordered Cajun fries to go. While I stood there waiting there were 3 Five Guys employees speaking very loudly about how they dont like five guys and complaining about working there. Also while I was waiting I also noticed how dirty the tables were and carpet area near the soda machines were so filthy. This location needs alot of help. Corp Five Guys Fix this location.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
