I always have such a great experience at this Subway! The employees are so sweet and genuinely caring they take the time to greet you with a smile and make sure your order is just the way you like it. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and care about their customers. One thing I really appreciate is how much effort they put into the look of the sandwiches. Everything is laid out so neatly, and they make sure it’s not just delicious but also visually appealing. It’s the little things like that that keep me coming back. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it definitely shows!

When I walked in, I asked a simple question: Can I get two different sandwiches on one footlong? The girl behind the counter kept asking what kind of bread I wanted, so I said Italian. I repeated my question about splitting the sandwich—one half ham and provolone, the other salami and provolone—but she ignored me and put ham and provolone on the entire sandwich instead. Then we got to toppings. I clearly asked for toppings on just one side, and she put them across the whole thing anyway. Being ignored as a customer is not something I’m okay with. I won’t be coming back unless this is made right
