Then was told that the order wasn’t ready when it should have been ready 20 minutes prior. Definitely not coming back here. It’s not worth it. Very bad service!!!

When we walked in he called me by name, apologized for the wait (it had been 6 minutes since our order was submitted, that’s not a wait imo) and said our food was coming right out. I’m sure these kids are used to people walking in to complain rather than to use the restroom. Good for him for knowing who I was, calling me by name, and immediately addressing a concern I didn’t have. :) He even beat us to the car where my husband was waiting. Great job!

I had to throw the drink away, it was disgusting. The sandwich was inedible. Hard dry "chicken" disc (it used to be a real chicken filet). The bun was hard and burned. And instead of tots, they gave me fries. Complete waste of time and money. I will not go back there.
